Delivery Information

 


Your dermal filler products, purchased via our website – www.esthetic-central.pl – will be shipped through our trusted delivery partners. All orders must be signed for upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.


Please make sure someone is available at your delivery address to sign for your products. We want every order to arrive safely and on time so you can serve your clients without interruption.


If your order does not arrive on time, please contact us immediately and we will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Important Notes:

 

  • Esthetic Central is not responsible for delays or problems caused by our delivery partners.

  • If your order is left unattended by a courier and is lost or stolen, Esthetic Central is not liable for replacement or costs. Any such issues must be raised directly with the courier.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details or missed deliveries, an additional shipping fee will apply to resend it.

 


Dispatch and Delivery Times:

 

  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 3:30 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3:30 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Estimated delivery time within Poland is 1–3 business days.

  • Please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

 


Exclusively for Poland

We currently ship only within Poland. Orders from outside Poland will not be accepted.
